Problem with lock actuator I went in because my locks weren't working. They fixed the issue within the day, and provided a shuttle to and from work. That was a big help. I'm just a little disappointed that I had to pay a deductible to use the warranty. But at least I had the warranty. And that's probably a Toyota issue, not a reflection on the dealership. More

Quick Fix - No Charge I had a sound coming from underneath my car that was happening everytime my car was moving. It was real loud and I was worried something very bad was I had a sound coming from underneath my car that was happening everytime my car was moving. It was real loud and I was worried something very bad was wrong. I took my car in and they fixed it in half an hour and charged me nothing! In addition, I was in a real hurry because I was trying to catch a plane out so they expedited the service. Give them 5 Starts - OUTSTANDING!!!! More

Faster than expected I dropped my car off for its 15k checkup and oil change. I was told it could take up to 1.5 hours but was in and out in 30 minutes.
