Awesome service writer I had a great experience only because of Mike Black, On a prior visit the week before, George Brown would not even take the time to listen to me becau I had a great experience only because of Mike Black, On a prior visit the week before, George Brown would not even take the time to listen to me because he has 35 years experience, he was a very errogant person, I had to diagnise the problem myself after only having my truck for 2 weeks mind you, I have had seven Toyota trucks, George told me it was the transmission, I said it was not but then in our ride he said the and I quote I have Thirty five years experience and spencer setting in the back seat said nothing, I felt like I was about one inch tall it was totally unprofessional, But putting that man to the side and concentrating on this visit Mike Black listened to me, found a tech that knew it wasn't the transmission got my truck fixed, and treated me like a person not like a piece of xxxx, he is the only service advisor I want to deal with Mike is the reason I have given you good recommendations and the reason I will buy again from you, unless he is not there, then I will go elsewhere, You need more employees like mike, Tell him thank you yours Scott Kimber More
