Both times I had also set up appointments and came on time, so I would have expected someone ready for me when I got there, or at least an acknowledgement that I am there so that I know you know I am there. The car was Toyota Certified which met our requirements for good condition. The reasonable mieage was also met. The car was well kept by previous owner. Non smoking was a must and that was met also. Finally, Shane answered all our questions, the test drive was smooth and the buying experience was great. He offerred new tires also which was a plus. More

This year I ended up needing to trade in my Tacoma, so I went in to talk to Lane about getting a Camry. Right off the bat he was like "oh I know you, I know which one you'll be happy with" which was especially important to me since I wasn't too psyched to be getting rid of my truck in the first place. He was absolutely right and got me a car that I love. When I met with the other people to sign things and finish it up they made it as quick and painless as possible. Speaker Found after driving my new 4 Runner for a few days that the right front door speaker was not working. Seemed fuzzy and perhaps was blown. Contacted Jared (Sales) who had me come in and meet with Tiffany? to get it resolved. They ordered a new speaker and had me come back and got it installed within an hour. I was very pleased I didn't have to badger anyone, beg or plead for this to get done. It was obvious that the speaker was a problem before the purchase and they were eager to get it fixed for me. Very happy to report that this gont done as I hoped and expected. More
