When I set up the appointment, I was told it would take one hour. My car was ready in less than one hour. Since I am living across the country from my husband and could not immediately get in touch with him to discuss a plan for the needed repairs, I asked the service employee to provide me with a list of the needed repairs, the cost for each including labor, and to prioritize them for me. He created a list for me that was helpful in discussing the needs with my husband later that day. We can make plans for the repairs and can do them in the order needed as a result to the extra help that I received. More

In talking with Steve, he checkec the tires (50,000) miles and confirmed that the wear bars were starting to show in the tread. He quoted me prices for several brands and was able to get me the tires I wanted without having to go to a different tire shop. Also preformed aliegment and repaired windshield chip during the same appointment. Good job. More
