Thought my new car was dying on me I had quite an experience just days after purchasing a new car from Brent Brown Toyota. I hopped in one morning and it wouldn't start. We finally got it to start by jumping it but it didn't last. As I was driving down the road the power mechanisms in the car started going off! I promptly drove to Brent Brown Toyota service center and was really freaked out. They had the problem figured out in MINUTES! Not only was the first person I talked to able to trouble shoot the issue and find a solution so quickly but they also checked and leveled out the pressure in my tires before putting me back on the road. Little things go a long way. Everyone was very kind, willing to listen and courteous. More
