The guy that helped me find the car and price range I was looking for was great. Then I was sent to their finance office where they had me sign the papers. Not knowing that I signed for a "Package deal" which was almost an extra $3,000.00 was very stressful. I was able to cancel those services and was told that they money for that "deal" (which was taken out of my down payment check) would be put towards my car. 7 months later still have NOT seen any sort of credit towards my car. EVERY time I call I am transferred over to the finance office where no one EVER answered my call and I would leave a message. I received one call back when he was headed out of the office and was told to call back the next day. Of course I was just given the run around again with no help. I fee like since they had my money I was not worth their time. I felt cheated and ignored. Their slogan does not apply. Seeing other reviews I wish I had read before purchasing a car. seems like the same stuff, and yet they still have not changed anything. More

GO TO KARL MALONE INSTEAD!!!!! *HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.* I traded in my 2004 Subaru Outback on 9/3/2016, Chris Cervantes was my salesman, and he help *HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.* I traded in my 2004 Subaru Outback on 9/3/2016, Chris Cervantes was my salesman, and he helped me lease a 2016 Rav4. Nate Casper handled the paperwork, and during the signing and explanation of the terms and conditions I told Nate that my current auto loan for the Subaru was due 9/5/2016. Nate reassured me many times during our conversation that I would have nothing to worry about, and that Brent Brown would have my auto loan paid off before the 10-day leniency period. After about a week and a half, I noticed the loan was still not paid, so I tried to call Brent Brown's finance department with no answer, and no call back to my voicemail. On 9/16/2016 Chris Cervantes reached out to request that I fill out paperwork for the lien holder of my Subaru (America First Credit Union) because the finance department dropped the ball and never had me fill that paperwork out. The auto loan still showed a balance, I called America First and was told that the check was sent, but it was short. America First Credit Union also attempted many phone calls to Brent Brown finance with no call backs. On 9/27/2016 I reached out to Chris considering he was my only contact; or at least the only contact willing to work with me, and he said he would get the check mailed out asap. (On Wednesday 9/28/2016 I was told the check was overnighted) Fast forward to 10/3/2016 where I had to yet again make multiple phone calls to Brent Brown and America First to make sure this was resolved, because if the Auto Loan wasn't paid by 10/5/2016 it would be reported on my credit. I was given the Customer Relations Manger's, Karyn Clement's information, and contacted her about my complaint. She assured me it would be taken care of and that she would have a meeting with the General Manager, Finance Manager, my salesman (Chris), and herself to see what resolution they could come to in order to make this right. I never received a call back. Yet again I had to reach out to Chris to follow-up on information. Needless to say, I am NEVER referring a single person to Brent Brown Toyota. I regret ever going there to begin with. The only good of this entire horrible experience, is Chris did his job, and did it well. He even went above and beyond the typical Salesman job duties. Neither of us should have had to follow-up with finance, I never should have had to call multiple times in 30 days to make sure Brent Brown handled their end of the deal. I am incredibly irate. The final resolution was to mail me a gift certificate. This is the final slap in the face. I am done with this business and their sorry excuse for customer service and satisfaction. I don't care that I will receive free service for my Rav4 as part of my lease deal. I am servicing my car elsewhere and never giving my business to Brent Brown again. I will also make sure everyone knows not to take their business there too. The management staff needs to be reviewed. I am certain I am not the only unsatisfied customer dealing with poor time management, lack of customer service, and overall unprofessional nature of this company. More
No bending backwards here My daughter and I came in looking for a Corolla because of the "triple your down payment". Talking to Chris we found out they really don't do that. So, we still thought it was a fair deal for the Corolla and went a head with it. We asked Charlie some questions during the closing which he side stepped and never really answered. I not a big fan of the sign the gray pad because I do not really know what they are putting my signature on. Sure Charlie told us what we were signing but I do not remember being told about the all sales final page, I thought I would have a few days like all the other dealers give. When we went out to get the car I thought that they would have detailed and topped off all the fluids during the hour of the closing, NOT! I had them take it back and clean it up. When I checked out what we paid verses what others paid I found our price to be bring up the average. I tried calling and sending emails and final Chris responded but not a word from Charlie. Service only seems to apply if you ar in the building. Then two days later my daughter tells me there was no window washer fluid in the car. If they forgot to check that what else did they miss. I don't see any bending over backwards here just falling over backwards laughing that someone else bought a car from them. I will never buy a car from Brent Brown again and I am telling everyone I meet from Moab to Boise and all points in between. Looking for a Toyota there is a better deal else where, just keep driving. More

Expensive mistake :( Back in January, we needed some things fixed to pass inspection on our Prius. The only place that had 'tools' for an item was going to Toyota themselv Back in January, we needed some things fixed to pass inspection on our Prius. The only place that had 'tools' for an item was going to Toyota themselves. Well, the 'didn't find the problem' so our inspection passed. Since then a sensor light would keep flickering on that caused our Prius to loose power on the freeway constantly. Since it only started after taking it to them, I took it back hoping they just had bumped something and would fix it. No. I had to agree to pay a $110 diagnostic test for them to check it out. Since it would be "zeroed" out if they "Did not find anything" or it was caused by them, I agreed. Well, hours later of my scheduled appointment, I get a call that they can't complete the diagnostic because of the tires wasn't their Toyota brand tires that fits in every spot. They wanted to charge us over $600 to replace all 4 tires so they could continue. We can't afford that, so they did not have a diagnostic but still made us pay for the test! The customer service was friendly, upbeat, and patient in explaining, they do have a free shuttle service while waiting, and a big decked out waiting area. However, I feel ripped off for having to pay for an incomplete overcharged test. They should have told me before I agreed to the test that they could not complete it. EDIT I wrote the review while waiting for the shuttle. We were also having our 120K mile maintenance done. I think the lady that was working with me could tell on the phone how upset I was about the matter so she talked with her supervisor and was able to get the price lowered so we got the diagnostic and service cheaper post-tax than the original quote--essentially not paying for the diagnostic after all. I appreciate that, thank you. (Note, I don' remember who I worked with, I'm still waiting for the shuttle to come get me, but I needed to mark someone to write my review) More

This is the second time that I have visited Brent Brown Toyota, and the second time that John Goodman has worked with my wife and I, and I am in awe about how awesome this place is! John is a great service writer, as he is knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing! I hope that every time I bring my Venza up for service I get to work with him! On top of that, the entire department was lightning fast! They estimated my service to take 1 hour, but they were done in 35 min. To me, that is a big deal because I travel 1.5 hours to get here, and to have them get done that quick is great because then we can get on with our day! If their sales department is as good as their service, I will be buying my next Toyota from Brent Brown!!! More
