"Wonderful!" I live in Sandy and went to a different Toyota place at the beginning of this year looking for the perfect Tundra. We were told that the truck we were looking for was not available within five closest states. I found that hard to believe. After not accepting what the other Toyota place wanted to sell me, I called Brent Brown and low and behold they had what I was looking for, I should have called a long time ago. They did not try to sell me what I did not want but exactly what I was looking for. Awesome sales personnel and great overall environment. I will need a new corolla soon and I will drive those extra miles to go to a place that will respect what I want and again not try to sell me what I don't want. They are all friendly but The main service people seem to be on the ball but they keep having misc task given to inexperienced lot people that LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH !!!!! I just took my new Pries in for it's 25,000 mile service. The rep told me how everything was good on the car and sent me on my way. PROBLEM. After driving off the lot I noticed the "check tire pressure" light came on. So I checked the tire pressures with my digital tie gauge. Here is what I found. LF: 39.5 PSI RF: 40 PSI LR: 34.5 PSI RR: 35.0 PSI Then I looked at the service ticket where they recorded what they (supposedly adjusted the tie pressures to); LF: 35 PSI RF: 35 PSI LR: 35 PSI RR: 35 PSI AND THEY GAVE ME A COPY OF THE FALSIFIED REPORT !!!!!!! This is the second time something like this has happen with their (Back Lot" helpers. More

Exceptional experience at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem UT On Wed, I started my search for a 2014 4Runner, looking online at the vehicles available at the many Toyota dealers in my area. The only one that fit my requirements was at Brent Brown Toyota in Orem, which was a long drive for me. But on Fri, I drove down to look at the vehicle. Lane Brown of Brent Brown greeted me directly, and after listening to my requests, he worked with me thru the process of test drive, pricing negotiations, etc. I had a trade-in, for which I was given a very good price, and the whole transaction went more smoothly then I expected. Through the whole new car purchase transaction, with each of the Brent Brown reps involved, I was treated very respectfully and courteously. When all was done, I really felt that the folks at Brent Brown Toyota "bent over backwards" to me make my purchase easy and enjoyable, which sounds corny I know, but really captures their efforts in one phrase. Would definitely recommend Brent Brown Toyota for a new vehicle purchase to anyone, unqualified. More
