let down I purchased a new 2014 toyota tundra and after I signed on the dotted line the party was over. During the final paperwork I was being pressured to buy I purchased a new 2014 toyota tundra and after I signed on the dotted line the party was over. During the final paperwork I was being pressured to buy the extended warranty and I said no, thats why i'm buying a Toyota. He told me he has 6 fulltime toyota mechanics supporting families fixing broken down toyotas, it just like everything else, they break down. I then asked him why I am here? should I go buy a Ford? Then he said no, i'm just trying to give you some assurance and peice of mind. I sad I wanted to think about it. When I came to take possession of the truck the first words out of his mouth were oh hi they told me I needed to get a check from you. I said ok, can I see what I'm buying first? He said yes and we looked at the truck. I had many questions that he could not answer so he went to get one of his managers. After about ten minutes he came back and said he was sorry they were all too busy for me wright now. so I gave him the $47000.00 check and I left. when I was driving it on the freeway I noticed the truck pulling to the right, I called my salesman and told him and he said to bring it in when I could and they would fix it no problem. I made an appointment a month later because I am busy at work and cant just take time off. I showed up at the appointment time and I was told on the phone it would be an hour to fix the problem. After checking in with the service guy he told me oh, ten o'clock or so, we will let you know. I then told him I was told an hour, and he said "so?" I then said SO 2 hours plus 30 minutes does not add up to one hour. he just gave me a blank stair, paused then said sir we will do the best we can. I asked if it was under warrantee and he said yes unless you have done damage to the vehicle but dont worry we can tell if you have been beating it up and bent something. I asked for my keys back and he happily returned them to me and I left. Everyone makes mistakes in their life now and again, I wont make this one ever again. More

Service The service was regular routine service for my wife's car. We bought her car brand new with only 27 miles on it but someone had keyed near the back on the driver's side. We were told by the sales person, who goes by the name "Shrek", that he would have that taken care of and that the purchase price would be lowered. None of those things happened when we bought her car. More
