Both times I had also set up appointments and came on time, so I would have expected someone ready for me when I got there, or at least an acknowledgement that I am there so that I know you know I am there. The car was Toyota Certified which met our requirements for good condition. The reasonable mieage was also met. The car was well kept by previous owner. Non smoking was a must and that was met also. Finally, Shane answered all our questions, the test drive was smooth and the buying experience was great. He offerred new tires also which was a plus. More

This year I ended up needing to trade in my Tacoma, so I went in to talk to Lane about getting a Camry. Right off the bat he was like "oh I know you, I know which one you'll be happy with" which was especially important to me since I wasn't too psyched to be getting rid of my truck in the first place. He was absolutely right and got me a car that I love. When I met with the other people to sign things and finish it up they made it as quick and painless as possible. Every single person was super friendly and personable. I love going to Brent Brown and would recommend it to anyone! (Especially Lane, he's awesome!!) More
