He created a list for me that was helpful in discussing the needs with my husband later that day. We can make plans for the repairs and can do them in the order needed as a result to the extra help that I received. More

In talking with Steve, he checkec the tires (50,000) miles and confirmed that the wear bars were starting to show in the tread. He quoted me prices for several brands and was able to get me the tires I wanted without having to go to a different tire shop. I purchased the safety and emissions as part of the 3 oil changes for $99 deal (which I think is really a great deal). BB Toyota has always done a great job with any service or repairs they have done on my cars. They have a clean shop, and nice service workers. Some of the workers there actually know my name, and it seems they have my best interests in mind when I bring in my vehicles (I've been taking my cars there for a couple of years now). I recommend you take your car there, especially if you drive a Toyota. More

As we negotiated the purchase of a car, we caught Kyle in several lies and misrepresentations. One would expect that the dealership would expect a minimum standard of intelligence with its employees. I guess Brent Brown does not, as made apparent by Kyle's clear lack of education and intelligence. He is the type of car salesman that give the rest a bad name. Lucky for us, we finished our transaction with a different sales person and it ended up being a tolerable experience. AVOID KYLE AT ALL COSTS! More

Exceptional Service I bought my car two years ago and it has been running perfect. I go in every 6 months or every 5000 to get it service and every time I go in it's pain I bought my car two years ago and it has been running perfect. The manager of Brent Brown personally attended to my husband when we got our last service. He was super friendly and nice. The 5000 mile checks ups were free because my parents bought the two year free services. I always feel like i get taken care of. Super dependable as well. More

I have kicked myself every day for almost a year for letting them talk me into buying our Prius. Within 24 hours of buying I knew it was a mistake. I won't recommend them to anyone until they take the car back and I move to a different one. They have not come near my expectations of a dealer. Maybe my ideal doesn't exist. We even offered to buy a different car if they would take back the Prius the next day, but no deal. It was my 60 month mistake. I am not angry, but I will remember next time to find a dealer that is more interested in me getting the right deal, not in making a one time sale. More
