Gavin was extremely kind, truthful and just plainly easy to to talk to. He treated me with a great deal of respect. I had went to many other dealerships shopping for a cars used and not used, working to fin to to talk to. He treated me with a great deal of respect. Even though I can't find Given’s name on here and it may be just because my mistake that I can't find it (he did say he was 4 months new), but regardless of what's up top, Gavin made me feel like I was important and that all and any time spent working with me, though I am younger, he didn't just give me a pre-judgement like the Hyundai guy I talked to and others but they were the worst by far because the jerk wouldn't stop checking out my fiancé, and ignored me, which was the one who had the many to buy at that moment the vehicle, but he didn't care. Nor the other dealer ships as well. THE LARGEST POINT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT GAVEN THEN THE AT BRENT BROWN TOYOTA and reasons why I described the other dealers that I spoke too besides Gavin with BRENT BROWN TOYOTA, WAS THAT THEY WERE NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO THE liars at the other dealerships and the Hyundai disrespectful pervert! Was that Given who even though was never to selling, he knew the facts, he was honest with me because he treats people tactfully and respectfully. He did each and everything the right and OPPOSITE or the way that the other dealers that I mentioned earlier, that were terrible to me and disrespectful perverts towards my fiancé and I. Gavin didn't but did do everything even by the book, as well as proving he was trustworthy, but when someone looks honest, its a genetic feature, which is hard to find, Mr. Brent Brown, watch out for this guy, he is going to have the others jealous soon because he simply sells the cars well and I am already recommending him to everyone and will need more of his cards soon. He should be able to almost have dibs on customers because he even sells the car and has people desiring more than 3 cards to recommend him. Please watch out for this guy because he certainly makes sure your business looks EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, and I saw the other guys there. They looked like they were half the character and skill that Gavin had. And because of that him I am going to fill out the other two of the places you offered me to rate your employee because he is just that good. And apparently it only took him 4 months... This guy has a lot of competition to deal with and he's better than them all. Who ever is over him, please watch out for this guy, because I plan on staying with you Mr. Brent Brown and only that Toyota facility for life right now and I'm 19 going on to become a pharmacist and kids who will need cars, but only if he's there honestly. I know most of this because my father retired from his car business and now is in joint venture business with an extra doctorate.
