Bringing in car for recall Brought my car in for a recall. That was handled fine, meaning relatively easy to get an appointment and relatively quick turn around. Your rep also called me back and suggested an alignment. I agreed somewhat reluctantly. When I picked up the car I asked for a copy of the alignment paperwork that shows how much it was off at the start and what it was corrected to because I wasn't given a copy in my paperwork. The rep had his file copy but not another, then went back to the tech to get a copy, then came back without it and explained the machine had not been working well that day and wasn't printing off the before information. So he gave me his file copy and explained that the before and after numbers were the same because of the printer malfunction and assured me the car had needed an alignment. So you can see that from a customer confidence perspective there was some unanswered questions. Did I really need an alignment? Why didn't they tell me about me about the printer problem up front? More

Service was great, I felt they were very thorough and I trusted them with my car. I was kind of disappointed in how things went when my car was done. I had to walk across the garage to ask if it was finished and then wait quite a while for someone to talk to me. And it wasn't the person I met when I gave them my keys, so I had to explain who I was, what was done, what my car looked like, etc. More
I am not a negative review guy. But was concerned for the neglect BBT Service Dept. on my 4Runner. Went in Jan. for oil change and didn’t receive it. When we picked it up in Jan my wife said she noticed ther neglect BBT Service Dept. on my 4Runner. Went in Jan. for oil change and didn’t receive it. When we picked it up in Jan my wife said she noticed there was no oil change sticker on the windshield. I sent her back in to confirm it was changed, they confirmed it was. Was looking at the paper work 4 months later and noticed there was nothing about an OC. Took it in and it was done. Glad I caught it or it could have gone 2 years on 1 change. Great ppl over there tho and I know it was not intentional. More

He stayed a respectful distance away, kept me informed about services and costs over the telephone, had the interior of my Tacoma wiped down, and even used a sanitizing wipe to clean off my key and credit card before he handed them back to me. Plus, he was friendly, polite, and professional. I've always had great experiences with Brent Brown's service, and I love my truck; but Moe really goes above and beyond. Thanks. More
