They got me in really fast. But they did not clarify exactly what they did. They just said sign here and see you later. 2 hours for a routine oil change It took nearly 2 hours to complete an oil change. While the work was satisfactory it is still crazy that it took this long for such a routine service. It took nearly 2 hours to complete an oil change. While the work was satisfactory it is still crazy that it took this long for such a routine service. It is possible they were short staffed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so I'll give them another shot but I really hope this changes in the future. A service like this should take 1 hour max. More
