My airbag was recalled and during the repair my dash was broken. The service gentleman came right in and apologized and said we have ordered the part and will schedule a time to have it repaired when the part comes in. Thank you for caring and doing a great job. Recall fix The folks at Brent Brown were very helpful. They repaired an airbag recall. They also looked at my service history and made suggestions. Poor over all customer service Service rep Mo was the only good thing so far about going to Brent brown. We usually drive an 1.5 hours north to Tony Divino but when a light came on Service rep Mo was the only good thing so far about going to Brent brown. We usually drive an 1.5 hours north to Tony Divino but when a light came on we had to take it to Brent Brown and it’s been impossible to work with them in regards to additional work that was to be done as it’s a brand new car and we added some stuff to it. A guy went to go get our car to tint it and the people at Brent brown said they didn’t know where our car was. This happened due to us only paying $60 for a front tint rather than the $120 that Brent Brown was trying to charge. The guy the dealership goes through for tinting told us that it was only $60 so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t allow our car to be tinted while we told them that’s what we wanted not to mention also paid for. The prices here are higher than any other Toyota dealership we’ve been to and the customer service is by far the worst. More

20,000 mile service done quickly and efficiently I made an appointment for my 20,000 miles service on my 2017 Camry Hybrid and they were waiting for me when I arrived. They said the service would ta I made an appointment for my 20,000 miles service on my 2017 Camry Hybrid and they were waiting for me when I arrived. They said the service would take about 1 hour and 15 minutes so my wife and I took a walk to Walmart and McDonalds. I got a call one hour later that my service was complete and my car was ready to go. Quick and easy!! More
