A little more understanding would have been nice. Last week I bought four new tire. The price was reasonable but the service was slow. I was scheduled for 9AM and arrived 15 minutes early. I was a little surprised when they told me it would be 90 minutes. Most places I have been (Costco, BigO tires, etc.) have been about 30 minutes, but I had already committed. My fault for not asking before I got there. It actually took nearly 2 hours. I thought something might have gone wrong so when I paid for the service I asked why mounting and balancing 4 tires had taken so long. His answer was that they only had one machine and there were four technicians using it and that the machine was very expensive. He was very dismissive. It was clear he was in a hurry and didn't want to talk about it any more. That seemed like a very poor answer. If the machine is too expensive to get another one, why not separate the appointment to avoid long waits? And in either case, at least an apology for the long wait. There were positives. They did test the alinement and told me the alinement was fine. They could have just as easily told me it was out and I would need an alinement as well. More

Toyota Service I use this location as the spot I go for all of my service inspections, recalls, and registration renewal. They've always been quick and helpful. About a year ago got my radiator repaired here and they were very straightforward with the work and cost and worked easily with my insurance. This last time I had Moe, I've worked with a number of the employees here and had Moe multiple times with no issue. Everyone has been friendly and informative, never pushy on an upsell. More
