The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my tire pressure warning came on a few days later and I had to fill up a tire that always seems to have a slow leak. When I mentioned this slow leak or possible damaged tire sensor, the folks at Brent Brown said they checked it out and didn't find anything. However, every 1-2 months I still have to add air to the same tire. This has been an ongoing problem with these tires since I bought the truck. Will try taking it to my local tire shop and see if they can find the issue. More

I was displeased I brought my car in for maintenance and was told I needed a wheel alignment. I checked the tires feeling for unusual wear and found none, i decline I brought my car in for maintenance and was told I needed a wheel alignment. I checked the tires feeling for unusual wear and found none, i decline and took the car to another place and had it checked and they confirmed my diagnoses. The wheels did not need the service!!!! I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I did not think you would do this. I have no confidence in your service. I would like to know why you do this More

Neglected to tell me my wheel alignment failed Zeke was pleasant enough. After waiting for a bit (had an appointment), they got the truck in for the 25K mile check up. Didn't take long. But when I got in the truck the wheel alignment inspection paper had been left and the front wheels failed the inspection. It wasn't off a lot, but it did fail the test. That was never mentioned when I checked out. But it's something that I need to know because it will affect how my tires wear. Why was I not told when I asked if everything checked out ok? Seems like that would have been a good time to mention a failed wheel alignment. And no where on the service invoice was it mentioned that the wheel alignment was out of whack. Maybe there's a disconnect between the service folks who do the work and the folks working the counter. There was definitely a failure in communicating the issue (albeit minor) to the customer. Hopefully you will take this review and use it to make improvements in communications. At this point, not totally thrilled with any of the local Toyota dealer service centers. More
