Sincere Disappointment I am not a Utah native. Here for college. I drive back to Georgia every year because I do not live in Utah over the summers. I am leaving for Georgia I am not a Utah native. Here for college. I drive back to Georgia every year because I do not live in Utah over the summers. I am leaving for Georgia in two weeks. I have had some problems with my 4Runner and decided I would take it to a dealership and pay the premium they change for work because I thought it was worth it. While I was not charged for anything I was incredibly DISAPPOINTED by the poor service this dealership offered. My request to Joe was to check over the car before I head back to Georgia. I asked for him to ensure the care was "road worthy". I knew that my driver front blinker bulb was out (this is a daytime running light when not being used as a blinker, aka it is always on) and did not think to mention anything to Joe as this should have been noticed in a check up. I picked my car roughly 18 hrs after dropping it off and the only work completed in my vehicle was "recall issues". Joe ensured me that my car was in good condition and the tech that test drove it did not notice anything. Brent Brown Toyota you have my phone number, let's make this right. More

Morgan was amazing. I usually hate going to the dealership. Always before the person who was supposed to take my car was not there or not available and I had to wait for I usually hate going to the dealership. Always before the person who was supposed to take my car was not there or not available and I had to wait for someone else to take it. I was having an unusually bad week and Morgan was ready when I got there, pleasant, and friendly. He was knowledgeable and explained things in a way that I could understand. He went the extra mile.
