Great experience at Brent Brown for maintenance I had an appointment for my Toyota Yaris for regular maintenance on Saturday afternoon. I was worried it would take forever & I would be sitting & wai I had an appointment for my Toyota Yaris for regular maintenance on Saturday afternoon. I was worried it would take forever & I would be sitting & waiting. They got the car right in & let me know it would be about 1-1/2 hours. They called after about 50 min & had it ready! It was a pleasant surprise! There weren’t any added fees or surprise problems that came up, & that was also surprising! I was in a cast at the time & using a scooter. One of the workers went & got my car and drove it right to me in the service garage! That was very thoughtful & helped me a lot! Thank you Brent Brown! Janine Mashburn More

Service Center was great I arrived on a very busy Saturday morning and I was short on time. I was greeted promptly and asked for my service manager then waited nearly 15 minu I arrived on a very busy Saturday morning and I was short on time. I was greeted promptly and asked for my service manager then waited nearly 15 minutes before a different manager, Mike Black, was assigned to me. Wow was he knowledgeable and helpful. I did not inform him that I was short of time but he apologized for my wait saying my manager was ill. Then he scheduled the work and estimated a time. Everything was completed as he said and I was on my way. This is a awesome team to work with. More
