Easy Peasy The dealership called me to let me know it was time for my complimentary service. They scheduled a time for me right there on the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and then notified as soon as my maintenance was complete. The lobby has plenty of room to sit, watch TV, read magazines, eat popcorn and just take it easy. Service review John, our service coordinator told us what needed to be repaired. When we said that wasn't too bad, he looked at us like "really?". That's when my bro John, our service coordinator told us what needed to be repaired. When we said that wasn't too bad, he looked at us like "really?". That's when my brother told him I am undergoing chemotherapy. He told me if he could survive it, so could I. When I dropped the car off, I was feeling poorly, he gave me a big hug, remembering what I am going through, and told me that it was all going to be okay.
