Amazing improvements We have come to this dealership for our vehicle maintenance for years. The service has been fine, enough that we come back. However, this visit everyt We have come to this dealership for our vehicle maintenance for years. The service has been fine, enough that we come back. However, this visit everything was SO much better. From the process of how they greeted me and gave me instructions, down to the popcorn being fresh inside. I felt their communication was better too with texts and an email video explaining repairs needed. I even noticed a difference in the process of where they parked my car when it was done so that I didn’t have to walk through the garage but could walk right out the front door making it so much easier not to drag my kids through the moving cars. I’m not sure who is responsible but I’m so grateful for the small improvements that made a big difference for this customer. More

SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD! OUR SERVICE AGENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND OUR CAR WAS READY AT ABOUT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THAT THEY SAID ONE OF MY TIRES NEEDED AIR, BUT THAT IT USED NITROGEN AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. SO, I'M GOING TO HAVE TO GO TO A TIRE PLACE TO HAVE IT FILLED. More

15,000 mile service I just had a 15,000 mile check up They checked all the fluids and rotated the tires that was it. All was well with the car so that’s always good news. Oil change and emissions I had not set an appointment to get service done for my vehicle. Good thing there was someone there to take in walk-ins. That day the service departme I had not set an appointment to get service done for my vehicle. Good thing there was someone there to take in walk-ins. That day the service department was pretty busy, and I thought that I wouldn’t have been able to get my vehicle serviced because of the amount of customers that made appointments. Good thing they had someone on stand by to take in walk-in customers. I had no problems waiting for my vehicle, since that day I had a lot of time to spare. I had gotten a rock chip on my windshield a week before I took my vehicle in, and Toyota fixed that problem for me. I needed to get three things done on my car, Oil change, Emissions inspection, and rock chip repaired. Toyota got all three done for me! Thank you so much More
