In 'n Out in a Flash! I called ahead to book an appointment for service. I was a bit frustrated when I arrived and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my ar I called ahead to book an appointment for service. I was a bit frustrated when I arrived and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my arrival, but I was patient and waited because I could see that the service area was full with other cars. As soon as I did get in, there was attention and focus on getting me taken care of from multiple technicians. The cost was significantly less than I thought it would be and there were finished about 30 minutes sooner than predicted. I'm a satisfied customer. More
