Service I always go to Brent Brown to service my Scion xB because I want to make my vehicle to last for as long as possible. Where else would be better than the dealership that knows your make and model best. I scheduled my appointment online for the 60K miles maintenance. I received a reminder via text for my scheduled appointment. Jennifer checked me in and provided recommendations for maintenance. There were different service options (good, better, best) for service at a certain mileage. Jennifer also provided the cost for each service. Lofi provided a rental, 2018 Toyota Tundra, while my car was being serviced. The Tundra is AMAZING! Wish I could afford one at the moment, but it was great to use it in the meantime. After my vehicle was completed, Jennifer reviewed what was serviced and its cost. The whole appointment was smooth and easy. Thank you Brent Brown. More

They did a fantastic job, and because it was going to take a while, they provided a shuttle serv I took my 2013 Prius in for the 30,000 mile service. They did a fantastic job, and because it was going to take a while, they provided a shuttle service that took me back home for the time the car was being serviced, which gave me the time needed to complete a pressing responsibility that I had at home. When my car was done, the shuttle came back to pick me up and take me back to the dealership. Everyone was so great!! More

Mike could see my discouragement and said he would have my truck in first for the recall, and would do his best to have my truck ready by noon. Brent Brown Toyota looked at the entire hybrid battery system and assured me that it was indeed functioning normally. Was having many other service work done and they didn't even charge me for the hour's worth of investigative work! I have been a Brent Brown Toyota customer for life since 2005 and have all my service there. It's service and comfort like this that keeps me coming back. To be honest, though, Toyotas just don't need much service other than routine maintenance. Brent Brown takes care of us! Thank you. Lane Brown has sold me all my Toyota cars.
