Quick and Easy Went in for my oil change and to get my electric seat looked at cause it was making noise. new tire upgrade had to have a tire replaced due to unrepairable damage and the car I bought didn't have road hazard insurance. Tom in service initially sold me some bridgestones, but he found some yokohamas at a better price and improved quality. He helped make an unexpected big expense a little better. my only criticism to this process is, my wife dropped the car off at 930am and we didn't hear anything until I called at 430pm. it would have been nice to be contacted sooner about the changes so we could have got our car back earlier in the day. a positive note to this was BB gave my wife a loaner car so she could run her errands and pick up our kids from school. More
