When I arrived at the garage door, the young woman who checked me in was also courteous. She referred me to a young gentleman at the desk who did the paperwork. He was not only efficient but also friendly. I took not of his name so that I could nominate him for employee of the month: ALEC RASMUSSEN. When I learned that he was born in Russia and came to the USA as a child, but still speaks perfect Russian, we began to discover much that we have in common. I have lived in Poland for a total of 5 years, and speak Russian in addition to Polish. Alec is a bright young man with exceptional interpersonal skills that will take him far. All of my service visits at Brent Brown Toyota have been pleasant, but the brief conversation with ALEC RASMUSSEN made this visit especially heart-warming and memorable. I am pleased with my Toyota Camry. Even though it is nearly 5 years old, it still has the "new car" feel, and is offers a most comfortable ride. More
