Good, not Great I like that they have a free shuttle service, and it's nice to know that they are only working on Toyotas so they are more experienced with my type of I like that they have a free shuttle service, and it's nice to know that they are only working on Toyotas so they are more experienced with my type of car. My only complaint is it's a little expensive, and for sone reason, our stick shift car has never quite functioned as well ever since we had the transmission fluid changed there. All of our other services have gone well though. More

Friendly, caring, willing to "bend over backwards", the service staff truly cares for the customer and the car with no sales pitches or hint of over-servicing. They have earned our trust - we won't let anyone else touch our Toyota. We're saving up to buy another Toyota because the service experience has been so consistently honest and competent in addition to the inherent quality of the vehicle itself. More

Quick solution to a troubling problem Never good to have a car just die on you but the team there at Brent brown did a good job at finding and fixing the problem. They initially told me they would not be able to get to it till possibly the next day but an hour or so later the called me and had found the problem. I was expecting a bad battery pack and we had discussed that as a possibility but it was something else. I don't like dealing with dealerships but Mike has made my experience better More
