Orem Toyota - Service Center

Had to have a tire replaced I had to take my car in for a flat repair, they then told us it couldn't be just repaired it had to be completely replaced. When we went back to the d I had to take my car in for a flat repair, they then told us it couldn't be just repaired it had to be completely replaced. When we went back to the dealer after having the tire ordered in they have to call the warrantee company which took a good 45 minutes to an hour just to get the warrantee confirmed due to the fact it wasn't in the system. It then took them a good hour to put one tires on my vehicle. I was there a total of two hours for one replaced tire. More

Recall work - Easy I took my car in and dropped it off. I was given a ride to work and when they complete the work they will come pick you up if needed.
