I went to two dealers to look at used Priuses and had awful (really awful) experiences. I gave up looking for awhile because of the terrible experiences and then went to Orland Park Toyota. Our son had leased a new Toyota Camry a few years ago, and Chris Fischer had worked with him. We were so impressed with the service that Chris provided that we knew that we wanted to work with him again and Chris Fischer had worked with him. Albert Pierce was very personable and answered all the questions to the best of his potential. When he did not know an answer to a question he made to sure to figure out the answer for us. I recently bought a used Prius and of course with a used car, you can not expect perfection. The window on the drivers side was malfunctioning; when it was being closed, it opened up instead. I did not bring it up to Albert and I am sure Albert knew this imperfection was when he sold us the car. Instead of ignoring it and let us be in our merry way, he brought it up and told us that he will have that window fixed. In addition (and again without even asking him), he informed us that he will also check into new tire-lock nuts for the car. I was and still am very pleased with his service! If I ever go buy another car in this location, I will sure remember Albert's name! When you go to have your car fixed, a customer expects a job well done from the mechanic which Dan Cruz exactly did. He did a wonderful job on putting the tire-lock nuts on the wheels of the car. The window on the drivers side, which I mentioned above, that had technical difficulties is now functioning right. Thank goodness because it was very annoying! More
