This Toyota dealership has always been exceptional in sales and service. I’ve bought three Toyotas and they are all well put together cars. After the service of my car I had to bring it back because my washer fluid was not coming out and they refused to check it without me paying. They had just been working under the hood in the general area and made me seem like I didn’t have a clue what I was talking about, yet everything was working fine before they repaired my water pump and belts. Brought my Toyota RAV4 Prime XSE to Orland Toyota for the second key to be delivered and to check out the "Check Engine Light" which went on during our vacation in Florida. The OBD reader indicated the evapo second key to be delivered and to check out the "Check Engine Light" which went on during our vacation in Florida. The OBD reader indicated the evaporator purge valve is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced. They also did the 15k Toyota Care (which I didn't make an appointment for) and found my alignment was way off. Since they had to order the purge valve I will return tomorrow to have it installed. I want to give a shout out to the dealer but especially to Jim Faciana who went above and beyond in treating me extremely well and keeping me informed during the entire procedure. Had the 10,000 mile Toyota Care maintenance and the work was done expertly and correctly. The only complaint I have is that I sat in their waiting room for over 2 hours for a simple job. They didn't even start on my car for 1 +1/2 hours. Benjamin was very friendly and did a good job writing my car up. I did bring the car back because I thought they had overfilled the engine oil. Turns out I was wrong and the oil level as acceptable. More
I am a believer in getting what you pay for, which is why I choose to service my vehicle at a dealer 50 minute drive from home. However Orland Toyota continues to disappoint . This time by overcharging me and blaming me for not catching their error in less than the 10mins it took them to close my invoice it took me 20mins to turn around and drive back. Now my refund is in limbo. Refused to return money to card , it is not their policy to reverse charge they made in error. They can only make a charge for payment. I spoke to few people and 2 of them said I have to wait for a check, the last seemed to say what I wanted to hear, but no apology for their mistake, my card still shows full amount charged. Make sure to read all of your receipts carefully and question discrepancies. More
