Ali was also aware of my back problems and knee issues, so he took me on test drives in both the Rav4 and Camry, rather than smaller vehicles that are more confining. I was so grateful that he was so considerate of my health concerns. In the end, we got to a monthly payment I was happy with, and I now own a brand new 2012 Toyota Camry. I could not be happier! I have always had Toyota's in the past and knew I wanted to get another new one. Went to the previous dealer I had bought from and was very disappointed. So I thought I'd try Toyota in Orland as I had rea to get another new one. Went to the previous dealer I had bought from and was very disappointed. We sat down and I told him what car I was looking for and what features I wanted in the vehicle. Tom was personable and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, as I also wanted to look at a couple other models. He went to work and found what I wanted. He was pleasant to work with; not pushy and was willing to work out the best deal he could get for me. I was extremely happy with the price and with his willingness to help me stay within my budget. When we were all done, I asked for a few of his cards so that I could give them to friends when they were looking for a car. I will definitely be returning to Toyota in Orland and sure hope Tom is there to work with me. Great experience! And did I mention, it was later in the day and everyone that needed to stayed past their normal working hours so that I could drive home the car that day! Way beyond the call of duty! More
