Al Krajewski was very helpful with our purchase. We called on a car we saw on-line. He was very knowledgable and told us all about the car over the phone. Orland Toyota, and in particular Al Krajewski were recommended to us, ironically, by two different people. How fortunate we were to receive these recommendations. Al turned out to be a totally unass recommended to us, ironically, by two different people. How fortunate we were to receive these recommendations. Al turned out to be a totally unassuming, no pressure representative of Orland Toyota who was genuinely interested in what we were looking for in a vehicle and not just selling a car. He was very helpful to my wife and I in finding exactly what we were looking for in a color, equipment, and especially a cost in our price range. This was a very comfortable experience indeed. We also need to state that all the people we met at the dealership were really very helpful and any question we had was answered honestly without patronizing. When our new car was delivered all the details were explained to us with assurance that we were always welcome to come to them in the future with any concerns which will be addressed to our satisfaction.
