As the used vehicle was recent at the dealership, Ali informed us of an issue with the drivers window that slipped off the track and that it needed to be fixed. We had all thought it was fixed, and in the excitment of my nephew being happy, we all forgot to check and noticed a few hours after leaving that it was not. I called Ali,and he apologized and said to bring it back the next business day. I commend him for his professionalism to ensure he had happy, satisfied customers and the car was fixed without issue. My husband and I were pleased with everyone we worked with -- especially with their fast and accommodating finance department (the first woman we worked with was new to their dealership but really knew her stuff!). Overall, would definitely give Orland Toyota Scion two thumbs up. We will be happy to recommend our friends and family when they are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
