When I purchased my 2021 Toyota, There was no second key with the vehicle. My salesperson (Jac) informed me that it would take approx 9 days to have the key delivered. After two weeks had passed, I spoke wi with the vehicle. My salesperson (Jac) informed me that it would take approx 9 days to have the key delivered. After two weeks had passed, I spoke with Jac and he advised me to bring in the car on September 16th @ 10:45 a.m. and they key would be programmed. When I arrived, I went to the parts dept. and spoke to a parts person. He checked his computer but couldn't find that the key had ever been ordered. I told him that I expected someone to call me and explain how this had happened. I received a call on Monday from the service mgr. (Dave), who informed me that the key that was needed was in stock. I brought the car in on Tuesday and I finally got the extra key. I am not pleased with the customer service. It appears that either Jac never ordered the key or even spoke with the parts dept. If he had, he would have found out that the key was already in stock. More

Ive purchased three cars at Orland Park Toyota over the last 10 years. I always buy a extended service plan (warranty). On this last vehicle i also purchased a Tire and Wheel plan, what a waste of money! S last 10 years. I always buy a extended service plan (warranty). After every excuse in the world they finally “repaired” it during our last service appointment! IF THATS WHAT YOU CALL A REPAIR!!! Looks like someone used a sharpy to color the rim the scrape is still there. So after 10 phone calls to service, the service manager and the finance manager who sold me the plan this is what i get. Ill attach a picture for wveryone to see. More
Went to dealership on Monday 24th April 2023 for a end of lease refinance before I can go inside dealership I was approached by Abe who began to discourage me from going inside,my car was a 2020 gr Supra tha lease refinance before I can go inside dealership I was approached by Abe who began to discourage me from going inside,my car was a 2020 gr Supra that I was either refinance or get a new one, Abe kept they can't help me...I went inside anyway and saw Jimmy the finance manager, every one called the boss, Jimmy didn't offer any greetings to me instead was rude dismissive unprofessional discourteous towards me like I was a nobody clearly didn't want to hear what I was there for, Jimmy was aloof and pompous, without checking my credit score, without giving me an appraisal of my car,hr didn't get up out of his office to look at my car, my credit score was 720 by the way,he printed out 2 payment terms which when I looked it up later were for credit score of 580 of course he didn't explain anything rather instead Jimmy stated " if you looking for lower payments you in the wrong dealership" the payments were 3 times were higher than what it should be, he promptly dismissed me telling Abe " go show him another car " promptly turned his attention to a white female that just came into the office he said she's from Internet sales, am african American by the way, his attitude is obviously inappropriate and unacceptable Will most certainly not recommend anyone coming to this dealership especially if you are African American.
