Ralph Ramos Is the Best!! I've been having problems with my jeep lately and did not know what to do. I had to have my jeep towed to the dealer after it made me miss work and waiting hours for a tow truck (another story for another time). I spoke with Ralph earlier that morning while I was waiting for the tow truck and he assured me they would be able to diagnose what was wrong and he did. He had one of his mechanic techs go over my vehicle and they discovered exactly what the issue was. They then corrected the problem. I am so pleased with their work that I am having more work done to bring my baby back to new condition and that is all because Ralph was the exceptional, personable, professional person that he is. The dealership needs a lot more people like him working there providing the same fantastic service that he does. God bless him!! More

Shortly after, she reviewed the multipoint inspection with me, showing me the details on my fluid levels, tire condition, and topped off fluids.
