Excellent installation of upgrades! Mark (Sales) was very nice to work with on the sale and follow up afterwards. Ben (Mechanic) did a great job on installing my lift and was very helpf Mark (Sales) was very nice to work with on the sale and follow up afterwards. Ben (Mechanic) did a great job on installing my lift and was very helpful and friendly when we came to pick up the Jeep with our questions. Brian M. (Service Manager) was also very responsive to my questions and needs regarding times we were available to pick the Jeep back up after hours. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Extremely pleased I purchased my car from Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep, as when I was looking Orlando Dodge couldn't or wouldn't find me what I was looking for. However I purchased my car from Airport Chrysler Dodge Jeep, as when I was looking Orlando Dodge couldn't or wouldn't find me what I was looking for. However in the past few times I went there I was not satisfied with their service department. So when I needed my next oil change, I came to Orlando Dodge, as I had purchased my previous 2 cars from you and was very satisfied. I was extremely satisfied with Ryder, as he said I should have the tires rotated, they were in good shape, and I don't remember them ever being rotated at the Airport dealership. My son Jeff also left them and has been having his Dodge Ram serviced at your location. Thanks for a pleasant experience. I have an appointment next Wednesday for some warranty work. More
Should be called lack of service department. Was t9ld by Chris Rush that the reason my truck had a miss and was my fault. The truck had 9315 miles on it. Will not fix our car! Please be careful when buying a car from this dealership!!!!!! We bought a car from them in 2005 and we had a great experience! Now, we came back and bought a 2013 Dodge Durango fully loaded. We have had rattling in the car since we drove it off the lot. They wrote a IOU that they would fix all the problems. We were so excited! I have now brought my car back 6 times still hear the rattling, vibration, shaking and the radio does not work on the right side.Still have the shaking! I have recorded each time I have left "when they say they have fixed it" I was told I was crackling paper in my car by a service guy who called me on a private number. I was told they would get my car to fix it when they haven't. I finally had to have a service guy Bryan ( who I have to say has been the only that has been nice) Who wants a car that they spent good money on that does that. It is loud and annoying!! I am very upset I am a mother of three. I work full time. I have been talked to nasty. I know I have got upset back, but it is very frustrating having this issue. They have now said they will buy my car back seeing the radio does not work on the right side either. My husband and I think it is an expensive repair that maybe it's been in sometime of wreck (we seen the car fax that is clear, but it makes no sense) or something without having answers. The fact is they will buy our car back we will lose almost $4000 because of our trade and our money down. They say I still have to pay the taxes and other fees really??? Why would I do that and turn around and pay that on a car I am actually going to keep? This dealership has been impossible to work with. We are getting second opinions tomorrow. Seeing that I have bought an extended warranty. I am getting the news involved and I have contacted my lawyer. Did I mention I have been asked if I am recording them several times. Why are they so concerned with that. I have not recorded them. I called my Husband on three way because they tried to say he said something he didn't and the other line didn't hang up. They are now not answering my calls at all. We just worry with this rattling, shaking, the radio and the fact that my 2013 had to have an alignment because it also pulled very bad to the right. Learn from my mistake do not take a car off the lot unless everything is fixed. It was purchased at the end of the month they wanted the sale and now they don't care about our issues!!! Be very careful buying cars from them. It is very upsetting! I am dealing with a lot!!! More
