Made a 10 am appointment and was told that is not an appointment time it’s just a time to guarantee I can talk to a rep, oil change took 3.5 hours. This is after I was lied to by the sales rep, was told appointment time it’s just a time to guarantee I can talk to a rep, oil change took 3.5 hours. This is after I was lied to by the sales rep, was told I get free oil changes for 3 years and was told to come in every 6k miles but now service is telling me I only get 4 total which brought me to 24k miles. Why lie at the beginning and shouldn’t oil changes last 8-10k miles when it’s synthetic. This will be my last time going there and if I want a new vehicle it will be from another place that will hopefully be more honest More
