After being told a car was being brought to the store at 4 p.m. for me on a Friday and confirmed with 2 phone calls an appointment was set up to purchase car at 11 a.m. on Saturday. This car was NEVER brought to dealership, in fact, this car was in the process of being sold! On my way to Orlando for my appointment to purchase car I was called by the other dealership...very confusing. Once arriving to Orlando my Salesman, Terry, said that car had not been transferred, was sold, but rest assured because his sales managers wanted to make it right.  Sounds good ....  Right??? After looking at the two available cars which of course were more expensive, but newer, the numbers were ready... The car prices were different by $7000. Sales manager offered me $700 difference. Yes. You read that right. I didn't drop a zero! Sales manager didn't have the respect to speak with me. Customer service at it's lowest. All worked well. I went next door to Mercedes Benz. Explained my plight... The sales manager, yes, manager, made sure that day I became Family. Happy to say I am a new member of the Mercedes Benz family! More

The dealership did not have the car I was looking for originally but Goran and Infiniti acquired one to sell to me.
