I was shown all the cars I asked about during my afternoon at David Maus North. HOWEVER the following went wrong. During the closing of the sale and the follow on I was never informed of an ext afternoon at David Maus North. HOWEVER the following went wrong. During the closing of the sale and the follow on I was never informed of an extended warrantee by Volkswagen instead was shown one with an inflated price and many other warrantees for paint sealers etc. all of which we very expensive but inclusive of every part of the vehicle. I wanted a GPS in my vehicle and possibly alloy wheels, none of which was made available to me through the parts department as an add-on to the sale price and as a profit to your company. I did not want a car with a sun roof which is why I did not get one fully equipped off the sales lot. My salesmen did a great of selling the car but not so great in telling me about extras that are available. The only thing I was told was to get alloy wheels through the parts department would be very expensive and I would lose the factory wheels and tires. I appreciate the fact I was able to purchase a VW Golf I just wish I could have gotten a car I really wanted. I was sent a follow up request that had the name of the "SALES MANAGER" as an email address to send the report directly to him It came back as a no good address I am happy with the car but not the entire process and the information provided during the closing More

They sold me a damaged vehicle with the promise of repairing the rear bumper and quarter panel. They told me that the car would be repaired and delivered back to me the same day. I am an insurance adj repairing the rear bumper and quarter panel. They told me that the car would be repaired and delivered back to me the same day. I am an insurance adjuster who is in and out of shops every day and know that is not possible. They admitted to cutting corners to save money and did not repair the car at a body shop but in their garage. The repairs were not done properly and the poor quality is visible. It was not painted properly and it is clearly visble where the paint stops. When I explained I would not accept the car this way they told me too bad that I agreed to allow them to repair it but did not agree to how it would repairs. They further went on to tell me if I didn't like it leave the car and come get my money. I was told there was a 7 year warranty on the repair but not provided a copy of that. Horrible service by a company who doesn't do whatever it takes to keep your business. I would never buy from any of their locations and am recommending to everyone anywhere that I can to never purchase a vehicle from them More

The biggest mistake I ever made was buying a Jetta - it has been the biggest piece of JUNK! I purchased the 100,000 mile warranty and it has still cost me 10's of thousands of dollars trying to keep this has been the biggest piece of JUNK! There was a successful two day search to find the EXACT car that my daughter wanted. When we went to pick it up, it was detailed, filled with gas and ready to go. Would I go to David Maus for another car? YES! Everyone on the premises was friendly and helpful. This is my best new car experience ever. More
