My car needed to be traded as repair cost were not efficient or trustworthy. So the staff was able to work with me on financing and encouraging me on the purchase of the car. They were not particularly effective in selling the car to me,...low pressure. I recognize now I could have used more help in learning about the car I was getting. The process was very long...three plus hours for the whole process. Paperwork, waiting. But overall a better than average experience. More
