Everyone that I dealt with from the moment I inquired on line was wonderful. I had a feeling that I wouldn't qualify and be able to get what I was needing and looking for, but Carlos , Matt and Gary worked line was wonderful. I honestly did not intend on purchasing a vehicle on the day that I visited the dealership. I had only begun my research on the VW Passat and wanted to see it up close, and personal. It was greeted right away by Hadi, the salesman, who was extremely courteous and knowledgable about different models and the options. Even though I felt as if I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle at the time and was intitially pretty sure I would not be able to, Hadi took an extra step to get David involved to give me peace of mind. Hadi and David patiently listened to my concerns regarding buying a new vehicle. David and Hadi worked together to insure that I purchased my new vehicle at a good price, with good warranties, and most of all, with GREAT financing. Gary was very friendly and through while explaining the finance agreement, warranty information, and additional warranty options that were available. Gary made sure that I did not have any additional questions or concerns. I really appreciated his patience. Brooke was very professional, kind, and courteous during my time with her. She thoroughly explained the maintenance program as well as what to expect within the next 30 days. Brooke and I inspected my new car before I took possession of it. Brooke made me feel as if this was not just another car sale, but the beginning of a relationship between myself and David Maus VW North. In the end Hadi took the time to go over specific features in my new car. He also set up my blue-tooth for my phone and added some of my favorite radio stations to the audio player. We walked in the door and AJ was their. He remembered us from 3 years before. We told him what we were looking for and our needs. We took the test drive and the car sold it's self. I was reluctant on having to go through the buying process again due to past experience at other dealerships, but it was time. I sold my Cadillac Escalade of 8 years to a family member and started my process again due to past experience at other dealerships, but it was time. I sold my Cadillac Escalade of 8 years to a family member and started my search for a new smaller, more gas efficient vehicle. I narrowed my selection down to the VW cc and the Mini Cooper Countryman. After contacting both Mini of Orlando and DM VW North via email/web, DM VW North, responded within 10 minutes. I made an appt with Danny in sales for Saturday around noon as I had tentatively scheduled a test drive at Mini for 10am on Sat but was awaiting confirmation. Well, Mini did not respond so we went to DM VW North first. They had the cc I was interested in, color, R Line and all. Danny sold us on what this car had to offer compared to others on the lot and the Mini. We started the negotiation and in the middle of it, Mini contacted me but I informed them that I was in the middle of purchasing a vehicle from DM VW since they failed to contact me promptly. We were very pleased with the customer service extended to us during the entire buying process, by all involved. It was seamless, to say the least. What a fantastic team at DM VW North!
