We dropped off a 2025 Atlas and one of the items we wanted addressed the A/C due to only blowing warm and were assured there was no issue with the A/C. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle and made initial contact with the advisor, the interaction was unpleasant and very rude. Was told the process would take anywhere between an hour and a half to two ho contact with the advisor, the interaction was unpleasant and very rude. Was told the process would take anywhere between an hour and a half to two hours. Ended up taking about 2 and a half hours for completion. The worse part was my vehicle was parked right in front of the service entrance for a good 15 minutes and my advisor was nowhere to be found. I waited in front of his desk and when he came out he picked up the phone and proceeded to take a phone call while I was infront of him without even acknowledging me. Very poor customer service. Staff needs to be trained better. More
