Mike was amazing; he was very detailed with all my questions regarding the car and what was worked on. Now with whoever worked on my car my experience was terrible. I added new spark plugs and when I left I was in the turnpike and a light turned on the dashboard. I had to come back to dealership, which I waited like 20 min more, apparently the spark plugs were not placed correctly due to error: when I finally left another light turned on saying all my tires were low pressured; again I panicked since I had just paid $600. I called mike and he told me to reset the tire pressure. I stopped and did it, out of all the years I've been coming never had a problem out of the service so yes it was disappointing More

The service was decent, but their customer service could be improved. They should be more proactive in explaining issues to customers and compensating for any mistakes made by the dealer. I want to point out that didn’t happen during the last visit. During my recent visit, I had to walk around the dealer to find my SUV and then back to the desk because another car was blocking mine. Friendly and knowledgable service advisor greeted me upon entry and checked me in. I had scheduled an appointment for service. The service center was extremely busy that afternoon so it took a long time for entry and checked me in. I had scheduled an appointment for service. When checking out my service advisor explained everything that was checked and assured me everything now was good to go. More
