Very unprofessional, inconsiderate even when appointment scheduled for simple oil change at 8am 4 hour wait. Of course sensor not covered u Der warranty or extended warranty on car less than 2 years old which I bought at dealership and paid cash for buying all the extra coverages offered including car club etc. What a waste. Treated poorly over a $50 part I looked it up. What a way to loose future business. I did not cause a fuss in the dealership I remained professional thinking surely the service staff would do the same However, they were unbothered by any customers concerns I observed while waiting very shocking. I purchased my vehicle at this smaller dealership thinking it would be better care quality customer service boy was I wrong. I literally was crying when I left from the horrible experience. I will never go back or purchase a vehicle there. And if this is the way WV does business I may never purchase this brand again either. I hope other customers have better experiences. Side note tires were to be rotated and and because I had recently lost a tire cap we noticed back tires were just moved forward but not properly, so we still have to go have those rotated again properly for even ware even though I paid for a tire rotation More
Even with an appointment the car wasn't looked at for hours. A part had to be ordered and it arrived early the next morning. The second day with Justin OOO wasn't great. I called the dealership, no one in the service department answered, and it went to a generic answering service who said they would call back. An hour went by with no call back. I called the dealership again, service answered this time. They said they needed to check with the mechanic and would contact me 10 minutes later. I never heard back. I called back an hour later and was told my car wouldn't be ready. Come to find out, zero work had been done on my car day two. Luckily I was able to secure a loaner car with the delay. The service advisor I spoke to when picking up the loaner was less than helpful with information. He wasn't even sure my car would be ready this week. Your service advisors need to be much better about communicating details about what's wrong with the vehicle. To conclude, Justin was good, but the others were not. More
