She made us feel very comfortable and went above and beyond getting us a deal that worked for us! My family and I loved working with her and look forward to working with her and the company in the future. Thank you Laura you are truly the best! During our search for the right car we’ve worked with many sales agents and me and my family agree that you have been the best. We love our new Volkswagen so far! More
Service Dept Lies.my wife brought in her 2014 Beetle for recall work, Counter person Kenneth Told her they had to jump the car and keep in running to do the work and then tried to sell her a $260 battery, T recall work, Counter person Kenneth Told her they had to jump the car and keep in running to do the work and then tried to sell her a $260 battery, Telling her how they would hate for her to be stuck and not be able to start the car, She called me i told her to tell them to get bent as i am mechanically inclined and take car of alot of the repairs on our vehicle because the dealership there will rob you blind if you dont know any better. So she declined the battery i mean why replace a 9 month old $170 battery under warranty for one of there overpriced batteries when nothing is wrong with it..Hey KENNETH funny story man she went to 2 doctor appts and grocery shopping and turned the car OFF OMG and No problems of course, she was still scared because of the fear you guys instilled in her about it so i had her go to my mechanic and test the battery OMG its Perfectly fine,,Maybe you guys should get a new battery tester or STOP trying to Scare Female Senior citizens into buying crap they DONT need to pad YOUR pocket. This is the 4th time ive had her vehicle there and its always a run around they Way overcharge for the simplest thing, and Dont listen to the customer, ask them to do something and they tell you "no need we didnt have a problem with it"" Well i dont care about you not having a problem so do what we are paying you to do!!! Wont go back Wont recommend ever UNLESS i know someone who wants to throw money away. By the way Kenneth Since VW / Audi Have horriblly faulty PCV valves in them which have accounted for numerous engines to pop " yes i do know this"" I will be changing my wifes this weekend for CHEAP..If you guys were actually Honest and Fair you would receive more work More
Went to view a Car. The salesman was friendly however they wanted to tack on about 2000 of extra fees and when I inquired about the fees I got a generic response as these are standard fees, which they we they wanted to tack on about 2000 of extra fees and when I inquired about the fees I got a generic response as these are standard fees, which they weren't( tire fee and optional fee, etc . I see many complaints about the dealer but my experience so far is positive. I selected a vehicle over the internet and scheduled an appointment with Laura. The vehicle was waiting outside upon my arrival o so far is positive. I selected a vehicle over the internet and scheduled an appointment with Laura. The vehicle was waiting outside upon my arrival on Saturday. I inspected the vehicle and drove it etc. I was introduced to the sales manager and we went over a few areas of concern and he made it right. After I got home I noticed a few factors in which I was concerned about , and returned to the dealer Monday morning and I pointed out my concerns and Again, they went to word to handle the issue. I'm personally have nothing negative to say. People nowadays complain over every minor aspect. If it doesn't go their way, is KAOS! More
Sold me a car without proper details. Now I have to chase them. AVOID this dealership! I have now to waste time on social media informing the Orlando area and filing a complaint with VW headquarters. This is absolutely by far the worst dealership in Orlando. Since the minute I drove my car off the lot (and it was brand new) I have had nothing but problems. The service department is beyond horribl Orlando. Since the minute I drove my car off the lot (and it was brand new) I have had nothing but problems. The service department is beyond horrible. Every employee is rude and unhelpful. I have never left a review before for any type of business but I feel the need to ensure that no one buys a vehicle from this particular dealership. In fact based on my car I don’t recommend buying a Volkswagen. I have experience with Honda, Toyota, Land Rover, Audi and all of those dealerships were always respectful, helpful, and knowledgable. All characteristics this dealership lacks!!!!! More

This weekend I drove from Jacksonville, Fl to the dealership VW Orlando South to see a used vehicle when I arrived someone else was looking at the same vehicle I wanted so I decided to drive back to dealership VW Orlando South to see a used vehicle when I arrived someone else was looking at the same vehicle I wanted so I decided to drive back to Jacksonville, FL after 3 hrs later the salesperson called and said the women got denied and told me to apply on the website. After applying on the website I got approved and the Manager called and told me to come the next day and he will get all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and ask me for my driver license and insurance information. To my surprise after getting off of work the next day. I get a call from the Salesperson and he told me the dealership SOLD the vehicle to someone else. The dealership couldn't wait for me to pick up the vehicle and sold the vehicle after I was approved. This is bad business and bad Juju because this dealership doesn't care about they customers they only care about the moment when you are there, so what is the website for? The website is for customers to search for vehicle and make appointment with the dealership. I feel once you get approved there is no reason why the dealership should be selling that car before you get there. I could understand if you were not approved, but if you are approved the dealership can hold the car for you until you get there. This dealership apparently care only about the moment you are there at they dealership. This was very, very, very shady of them to do that to customers. DON'T go to this dealership because they are NOT honest or care. Now my sales person was very professional and very honest with me. I had no issues with my salesperson, just the dealership which sold the vehicle after know my salesperson already sold it to me. More
