Nearly all of my paperwork was prepared based on information I submitted digitally, so all I had to do was come in, review, and sign. It was refreshing to deal with a such a professional group of people who did not waste any time. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and friendly, exuding a sincerity that most other people in sales often lack. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I purchased a VW Altas SEL Premium on 4/30/2020. It was a disaster dealing with Curtis trying to make the purchase. Finally it looked like someone el I purchased a VW Altas SEL Premium on 4/30/2020. It was a disaster dealing with Curtis trying to make the purchase. Finally it looked like someone else took over and finalized the deal. Curtis then delivered the vehicle to me in West Palm Beach. It was raining bad that day so i pretty much signed everything and he was on his way. The following morning the sun was out and i noticed the vehicle had several dents on it. I brought it up to CURTIS right away and he said he would get back to me. IF i would have seen all the dents when he dropped it off, i would of just rejected the vehicle. I waited a week and then tried to reach out to him over, and over through phone, email, and text. He finally reached out to me weeks later to tell me i had to speak to the GM CHUCK WRYE concerning the matter and Chuck would be calling to speak about. Weeks went by and i did not hear anything from him. I finally called the dealership and was informed that Curtis was fired and no longer there. I spoke to the sales manager and he took down all my information and said Chuck would be contacting me. I still never heard anything back and called back 2 more times and each time they said Chuck would be giving me a call the following morning. At first i thought it was just the sales man that was just making this impossible but it seems like the entire dealership could not get it together. If i could some how go back, i would of just saved the $50k and kept my old car and saved me from this disaster. I have heard of horror stories from dealerships but have never had an experience like this before. More

Ivan worked hard to find just the right new Atlas for us, and then got it from another dealer quickly.
