I recently spent nearly $1,500 on tires, an oil change, and an alignment. While the main services were completed, the overall experience was disappointing. When I asked if they could take a look, I was told I’d need to schedule a separate appointment. This was frustrating, especially since my car was already there for over three hours. I also requested new wipers, but that was overlooked and never done. Now I’m having to drive my car with a constant low tire pressure warning, even after purchasing four brand new tires, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Overall, the experience felt rushed, and it didn’t seem like there was an effort to go the extra mile for a loyal customer. I expected better attention to detail and customer service. More
