I went there for too many problems with my 2012 vw cc ,and I had a very bad experience especially with the parts manager named hinch who refused to help period, my car is 16 months old only, the batterie ,and I had a very bad experience especially with the parts manager named hinch who refused to help period, my car is 16 months old only, the batterie has a problems and it should be replaced and he was insisting to charge me for it because I have a couple miles extra than 24000 miles warranty I explained to him that this batterie should last more than this and it s a batterie defect and I should not be responsible for it but still all he is telling me is that he can not do anything about it, very disappointed about my 34000 dollars car very disappointed for the nasty service I had with David maus vw south this is my 4 th time going for the service with theme and I will just stop doing it, I will never visit theme ,never recommend theme, all they care about is your pocket, I will soon trade my vw and i will never purchase this crabby car again, I don't recommend David maus vw dealer cheap for service at all... I brought my new vw in for a few issues, minor, service rep says we are about to close I asked if he wanted me to come back or can u take a look now he took it into service, brought it back, says your al rep says we are about to close I asked if he wanted me to come back or can u take a look now he took it into service, brought it back, says your already to go! did not give any paperwork or say what they did I drive out and not even a mile, the issue is still there! they did not do anything adviser also said he would call me back after referring to his servce manager about another issue. never called I am surprised David Maus would employ or permit such lazy attitudes in the service dept. I will have my service and warranty work done at another dealership... what ever the drive may be STAY AWAY from this hole! More

I went to the dealer late is was maybe 20 munites till close. I got approche by a saleman.He showed me a few jettas, we drove 2 of them. By then it was afer hour. They stay open for me untill I pick out t close. I got approche by a saleman.He showed me a few jettas, we drove 2 of them. By then it was afer hour. They stay open for me untill I pick out the right car and done the paper work. I am sorry for keeping them there late, However they went above my expectation.Now I know where to buy and send my friends and familly. The sales men are very misleading!! Then after they sell you the car they don't care about anything else. Vey bad experience. I went into the dealership to inquire about options for trade-in and new car purchase. I was initially satisfied that I was shown models that had the options I wanted, and that I was given accurate informa trade-in and new car purchase. I was initially satisfied that I was shown models that had the options I wanted, and that I was given accurate information about pricing and payments. I realized however, that I was shown a model which was a step down from the one I requested, and the salesman had attempted to make it seem like he was getting me a great price, when in reality the price was so low because options I wanted had been removed. After I pointed this out, the excuse was that 'he was new'. After multiple emails and contacts, I still haven't heard back regarding the 'mistake' he made, and have decided to purchase elsewhere where the employees are up front and honest. More

Do anything - including lie - to get you in the door so they can apply pressure. They even do the back-and-forth-checking-with-the-manger jive that other dealers long ago abandoned as unprofessional. Also beware of the $599 "dealer fee" - it gets dropped in at the last minute (imagine a grocery store adding a "stocking fee" at checkout). Finally - I want to be clear that I have attempted to give this feedback to the General Manager of dealership before resorting to an online posting. He has not returned my call or my multiple emails. I took my car 2006 Volkswagen jetta to get fixed it took two weeks to get it working at first they didn`t know what was wrong.I knew more about the car thru one of the technician that thru the service perso two weeks to get it working at first they didn`t know what was wrong.I knew more about the car thru one of the technician that thru the service person.I have to keep calling him to find some information because i guess he couldn`t call me at all.When finally the car was fixed i checked the car and the engine light was on I ask the service guy Kevin and he told me that maybe something else was bad on the car.I paid $80 dollars for the diagnosis for nothing because he could not tell me why the engine light was on just that something else was maybe bad.I went straight to one of the technician and he told that a fuse was bad and he got fixed for me.
