Did not buy a car, but still a great experience Yesterday I was in the dealership looking at two new models of the 2019 Jetta. The sales staff was great to work with and was no pressure, as I set th Yesterday I was in the dealership looking at two new models of the 2019 Jetta. The sales staff was great to work with and was no pressure, as I set the expectation early on that I was just out shopping a few cars and seeing what I liked. Obviously we ran prices to see where everything fell into place and the sales manager Alfredo was down to earth and when I said the price was good but personally a little over my budget we parted ways and called it a day with no pressure. Duc and Cole were also great to work with. While I did not buy anything yesterday I will be returning should I ever decide to go with a VW vehicle, which by the way was a great car. More

Bought a used 2013 Passat I do love the car but the check engine light went on within a week of purchase. We took it back and they gave us a new gas cap because it was faulty. I do love the car but the check engine light went on within a week of purchase. We took it back and they gave us a new gas cap because it was faulty. Less than 60 days later, the air bag light, abs break light and tire pressure light were on. We now suspect this is the reason why the car was not certified. We made an appointment to go in, this dealership is over a half hour away from our house. While my husband was there, they wanted 155.00 just to look at it. We bough an extended warranty on the vehicle. Even though the air bag light is a known recall issue, they still wanted money to just look at the car. My husband left the shop and I called the service manager. He told me he would look at the car for free (my husband was now at work and couldn't go back). The service manager told me that it's like going to the doctor and getting a clean bill of health and two months later you have a heart attack, that's not the doctors fault... Well, the doctor didn't sell me a car that has issues and the analogy was off. Very poor customer service and the fact that they wouldn't even look at it to diagnose the issue, that really says it all. This is your vehicle that you should stand behind. We will not be returning to this dealership, ever. More
