Will pad your bill with add-ons you did not request Crooks - Went in for REQUIRED 20,000 mile maintenance on my 2018 Tiguan. Told the service rep. I wanted ONLY the REQUIRED 20,000 mile maintenance and Crooks - Went in for REQUIRED 20,000 mile maintenance on my 2018 Tiguan. Told the service rep. I wanted ONLY the REQUIRED 20,000 mile maintenance and tire rotation + cabin filter. When I picked up the car, there were charges for ZAK oil conditioner @ $16.95 and Z-Tech fuel additive @ $19.95. These are not required. They did not respond to any emails asking for an explanation - all I got were emails asking if there was anything I needed to know about my "inquiry to purchase". I was not there to purchase, only for maintenance - DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER, they will cheat you as they did me. Padded my bill with unnecessary add-ons. Dishonest. Cost me $218.06 for oil change, tire rotation + cabin filter, and the added stuff I did not request or need. Sorry about this negative review, but you guys deserve it. Terrible customer service! After I posted this review, got an email requesting I call them - Service Mgr rude with loud voice - poor customer relations. Tricked me by adding service I specifically said I didn't want, then gave me an estimate which was high. I thought their service was expensive, but did not think they would pad the bill by deceitfully adding extras - my fault was I trusted them to give me what I asked for. The service mgr only shouted "you signed for it". Yes I did, but I should not have trusted them to give me what I requested and no more. If you go to these guys, please read your service contract thoroughly before you sign anything. Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky - shame on them! More

Out of towner treated like family I was on vacation and the check engine light came on in my new Volkswagen Jetta. Being from out of town and the car being less than month old I neede I was on vacation and the check engine light came on in my new Volkswagen Jetta. Being from out of town and the car being less than month old I neede to have it check for my drive home. I was able to make an appointment on line and the issue was taken care of by Roger and the mechanics. What was even better was the follow up call to make sure all continued to be ok.
