I took my car to this Dealership on OBT a total of four times - still my car would repeat the same symptoms/problems within a week of bringing it home. They never offered to do anything at no cost and on times - still my car would repeat the same symptoms/problems within a week of bringing it home. They never offered to do anything at no cost and on the fourth try I had it towed to Full Throttle in Casselberry (which I recommend fully and completely). They also took my engine cover off and never replaced it. I will never again purchase another VW/take mine in for service or recommend this dealership to anyone. HUGE RIP OFF AND TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! More
