Jhonson was our salesperson and now our ONLY salesperson. He didn't "give us the labor pains, he just gave us the baby". In fact, at the time we came in, the dealership did not have the color combos we were looking for currently in their inventory. However, before even telling us that they would look at other VW dealerships for what we wanted, they had already found what we wanted and sent for it. Minimal time frame from start to finish (we got there at 6 on a Friday and left by closing even WITH locating another car). This DUB family highly recommends this dealership to anyone! More

The lack of integrity by employees of this well-known Florida car dealer is shocking! I was lied to about the transferability of a service contract I purchased in 2010. I was told verbally in the finance office that the contract was refundable on a pro-rata basis depending on the mileage when the car was sold or transferred. However, in fine print the contract indicates that it is non-transferrable and non-refundable. I sold the car I purchased here after 9 months and 9000 miles, and requested a refund of the unused portion of the service contract. I just received a letter stating that the contract is 'not cancelable'. Today I received a smart-ass response from the Finance office that verbal agreements are not valid (such as the one promising me that service contracts were cancelable), and was that 'you signed a contract stating that it's not refundable.' Shame on David Maus and his employees for straight up lying to me about the language contained in the fine print of this contract. During signing of the purchase agreement and other related forms, I was advised of, and required to sign an acknowledgement that out conversation was being video and audio recorded. David Maus' answer when I asked that they pull the tape so we could avoid this 'he said she said'? We only keep recordings for 60 days!! If you do decide to purchase a car here, I suggest you ignore what comes out of the finance rep's mouth, and read every single word contained in their contracts. yet, don't shop or have your car serviced here. We went in on Sunday as my husband was looking to purchase a Tiguan. After dealing with Harry, my husband has now purchased his first VW. Everyone was so helpful, we returned on Monday and I replaced my 2005 Beetle with a 2010 (my third). Now, we are a two VW family. Everyone that we dealt with from the sale consultant to financing was very professional and friendly. The vehicles were delivered as promised and in a timely manner. The service department has always been great, whether it is routine maintenance, a re-call, or a problem. I don't feel that they are pushy and don't try to sell you parts that you do not need. Prior to my arrival at the dealership, I had already met Harry through e-mail, set up my financing and researched the vehicles-all on the website! I only wish that David Maus would open a dealersip closer to my residence. More
