VERY DISATISFIED. UNABLE TO REPAIR AN ENGINE OIL LEAK. This my second review on this same issue. On April 1. 2026 I delivered the car to the service department for UNABLE TO REPAIR AN ENGINE OIL LEAK. This my second review on this same issue. On April 1. 2026 I delivered the car to the service department for the 4th time since March 13, 2026, to address the problem of the engine oil leaking. The said leak was supposed to have been repaired on my third visit of March 26. As of today, April 10, and since April 1, the Service Advisor has been giving me various reasons as to why the car has not been repaired. Most often is that a Warranty Administrator has to approve the repairs, and new parts were approved this week, but for some reasons, on or about April 9, bolts were missing or misplaced. The latest, as of April 10, is that the Warranty Administrator is coming on Tuesday, April 14, to work with the service tech. We purchased this car in January 2026. It had a mileage of 800+ miles when I first detected the oil leak, which in a way doesn’t say much about VW product quality (JD Powers survey), and I have to ask, why is it taking so long for my car to be repaired? Is there any Management involved in this? Why don’t I hear from them? More
